Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
- The voucher is valid from the date of purchase, or as agreed at the point of purchase.
- The voucher must be used before the expiry date.
- The voucher must be used in full. No change or credit for unused differences will be issued.
- When checking availability and making the reservation, the voucher number must be quoted.
- All bookings are subject to availability and change as stated in the Abbey Hotel's terms and conditions.
- The voucher must be presented on arrival and check in.
- Any reservation made using a voucher will be subject to the usual Hotel terms and conditions.
- The voucher will be automatically redeemed in the case of a no show.
- The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- The voucher may not be exchanged for cash but will be treated by the Hotel as a cash payment.
- Payments are strictly non- refundable.
- The purchaser and the recipient have a responsibility to ensure that the unique voucher number is not disclosed to others.
